We are looking for a digital marketer who is excited to drive the digital programs – email, paid and organic social while maximizing our PodSquad and alliances in the social space. Someone who is comfortable:
    3) Developing paid and organic social (with support of agencies) and amplifying content through our social channel and various partnerships / advocacy relationships.
    4) Overall Marketing Automation and data analytics of our email marketing campaigns and strong history developing unique acquisition campaigns by segment.

    General Responsibilities:
    • Manage end to end execution of social media campaigns– Draft and implement a social media strategy that effectively communicates positioning while growing reach, audience, engagement, and conversion rate – ultimately driving brand preference, generating user traffic, and resulting in product adoption with the support of external agencies.
    • Manage our outside agencies who develop paid & organic content and monitors/responds to all social media inquiries on our channels.
    • Partner with global social media marketers to increase efficiency
    • Drive visibility of our Paid Podvocates and future influencers in the social space / Manage content development as needed with outside bloggers/content writers.
    • Support content sharing with our alliances and look for ways to continue to keep our name top of mind.
    • QA all posts and keep the social responses up to date through our internal system
    • Monitor and report key metrics to understand engagement and impact
    • Implement additional marketing automation triggers to grow email marketing acquisition. Own the email marketing calendar and partner with inside sales to optimize their communication and ensure all email programs are in sync with one another.

    Work Experience Demonstrates
    • Experience in cutting edge digital campaigns and possesses a combination of business and technical skills to successfully leverage our marketing technology platform
    • Must have direct knowledge and experience in social media marketing and overall campaign development
    • Demonstrated track record of leading both development and execution of strategic plans to drive customer acquisition and improve retention, specifically in the digital space
    • Proven track record of ideating and launching new to market customer acquisition initiatives
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and project manage multiple key business partners
    • Ability to develop business case for new programs, including demonstrating potential ROI
    • Has a track record of managing agencies and using analytics to inform decision making
    • Has partnered with agencies to develop marketing communications and managed paid media campaigns, including media recommendations, creative development and implementation

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing-related field / MBA preferred
    • 7+ years of marketing experience with proven results in the social / digital space (or 5+ years marketing experience with an MBA)
    • Desire to make a significant impact on the lives of those with diabetes, their families and friends
    • Experience with diabetes and medical device and / or healthcare experience / HIPPA regulated products preferred
    • Demonstrated proficiency working in content management systems, marketing automation, email marketing, social media and CRM platforms this includes experience with relevant Marketing technologies, (Salesforce, marketing cloud, Google Analytics, WordPress, Drupol and Marketing Automation, etc) Understands Systems and data management. Solid technical chops.
    • Understanding on how to report on Social Media performance– Social is not at all like reporting on Digital Marketing needs to be able to report on such squishy KPIs (reach, engagement, etc) in a way that gets people excited / and is understood / relevant to show impact to ROI
    • Ability to work with urgent deadlines, changing priorities, and to handle multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously, in a professional manner
    • Effective communicator able to collaborate across organization
    • Creative thinker with a relentless attention to detail
    • Extremely strong writing skills and proofreading abilities
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks on deadline
    • Self-starter and quick-learner with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
    • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to pitch in when necessary at all task levels
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work on multiple priorities and willingness to have some fun along the way!

    Physical Requirements: (post Covid)
    • Travel can be up to 10% per quarter
    • International travel a possibility
    • Expected to attend project related, consumer events, tradeshows or conferences
