    Job Summary:
    The Sr. Product Manager, Global Marketing is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies, programs & tactics, supporting geography execution, ensuring that our products achieve revenue and operating profit targets.
    Successfully developing and cultivating relationships throughout the organization this role is responsible for downstream marketing with support for upstream activities and regional execution. Traditional downstream activities include product branding, product training, collateral/ sales tool creation, go to market strategies and generally building and executing product commercialization plans ensuring high quality and proper promotional efforts.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead global downstream product marketing strategy and activities to support sales growth through championing the assigned brand and driving customer conversion.
    • Effectively collaborate with the geography sales, marketing, and training teams to develop and drive the execution of commercial, downstream marketing strategies for products and therapies.
    • Launch new products, owning global launch strategies, generating marketing materials, and developing programs for commercialization. Responsibilities include; branding, messaging, collateral & campaign creation, customer engagement planning, and broad communication plans)
    • Establish credibility, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on product, championing and communicating on the therapy both internally and externally.
    • Develop relationships with customers & key opinion leaders to stay connected to market trends (VOC) & modify strategies and tactics when necessary.
    • Collaborate closely with key cross functional stakeholders to define and support the development and communication of clinical, economic, and technical evidence.
    • Understand and interpret clinical data from both presentations and publications to summarize and communicate key messages.
    • Work closely with regional marketing partners to track competitive activities and understand evolving and changing market dynamics.
    • Drive marketing collateral through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes with effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in in related field
    • Minimum of 10 years of work experience required or Master’s Degree and minimum of 8 years of related experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry required
    Preferred Qualifications:
    Marketing Professional: Expert understanding of marketing concepts and principles through demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement commercial strategies, convert these into tactical marketing plans and deliver results.
    • Project Management: Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects to completion in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
    • Product Launch: Experience in executing product launches to include planning, messaging, creative content development, story development, core team leadership/ participation, etc.
    • Leadership: Capable of proactive ideation, problem solving, vision creation, and being decisive, while motivating and mentoring peers.
    • Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; with a focus on stakeholder alignment through coalition building.
    • Collaboration: Track record of working with key stakeholders, including active participation on core teams, to efficiently achieve objectives with a focus on not just what- but how work gets done.
    • Influence Management: Ability develop and sustain relationships and to effectively persuade others of a course of action, reaching a mutually agreeable solution.
    • Flexibility: Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attitude: Willingness to “roll up sleeves” to perform at all levels and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities.
    • Aptitude: Interest and ability in becoming a subject matter expert (SME) on products and determining the optimal way to position and market them.
