Job Description: Group Marketing Manager – Commercial Therapy Expansion
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketing professional to join a team that is boldly designing cutting edge Cardiology therapies from the ground up.
In this global strategic marketing role, you will lead the process of driving commercial expansion initiatives in our commercial markets. Through a deep understanding of the commercial markets and therapies, you will propose and drive initiatives that will lead to increased adoption of the therapies we offer. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong partnership with product teams to expand access to new treatment options following therapy commercialization
• Partner with regional commercial teams to develop a deep understanding of individual market dynamics and opportunities for therapy expansion
• Own the process of identifying commercial opportunities for the growth of the portfolio and lead creative initiatives to execute on those opportunities
• Pilot initiatives to assess impact and lead cross-functional teams aligned to execute on expansion initiatives
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including regional teams, product teams, cross-functional partners, and business leadership
• Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives that address short- and long-term opportunities.
• Build trust with stakeholders and leadership through frequent communication and transparency
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Leverage customer interaction and the analysis of market data for opportunity identificationPreferred Qualifications:
A minimum of ten years experience (eight with a Master’s degree) in marketing or management consulting experience with solid business acumen, knowledge of the medical device environment, and a proven track record of success is required. A bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA is preferred.
