Simon Terry – Director of Medical Device Search

• Simon Achieved a BA (Hons) Degree in Business & Marketing at Leeds Metropolitan University before spending  6 years in Sales in both the Grocery Industry representing fortune 500 brands & the Sports Industry working for Pentland Brands who’s global sales exceed USD1.8 billion. Simon worked his way up from Sales representative to National Sales Manager where he led a team of 5 regional Managers. He achieved annual sales targets four years on the run & won three awards for best National sales Representative based on exceeding annual sales objectives.

   

  Simon Joined the Terry Associates team in January 2010 & currently works as a Retained & Contingency Medical Device Search Specialist where he takes great pride in finding & placing talented people within the Medical Device community.  The types of candidates Simon places are mainly Product Management talent ranging from Associate Product Manager to VP Marketing level.   Other areas of Specialty include R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, Quality and Business Development.

   

  After 12mths of really hitting the ground running not only in the Medical Device Industry but into a new life in the states, Simon was recently promoted to Medical Device team leader which involves heading up a team of recruiters that specialize in one key recruiting function that typically support all our retained searches.
