  PACKAGES AVAILABLE

   

  BRONZE:  45min Coaching Session.  Price is $100 per 45min. Schedule as many sessions as you like. We will give you all the tools that you need in order to stand out from the crowd, sharing with you all the strategies that have worked for us over the last 30 years & helped contribute towards thousands of successful placements.  We will discuss with you topics such as:

  • A targeted, one-on-one virtual session to help prepare you for interviews, at any stage.
  • General interview advice/how to begin your job search.  Maybe your interview journey is yet to begin & you need a motivational talk to light the flame & get things moving. Strategies will be discussed on how best to start your interview journey & make sure that you come out of the blocks fast, showcasing your skills to the best of your ability.
  • Strategies for handling tough questions (e.g., salary expectations, gaps in employment, your motivation for change) and closing the interview effectively (more on this below).
  • Guidance on how to take control of the interview & make sure that you get your candidacy in the spotlight. We will give you plenty of examples of good questions to ask during the interview to make sure that you come across well, engaged, curious & motivated to learn more.  We are specialists in preparing people on how to stand out in an interview setting.
  • How to close effectively, so that you leave with a good impression & you make sure that you are addressing any concerns that the hiring manager might have about you there & then.
  • Advice on what steps to take after completing each interview so that you keep your candidacy fresh in the minds of the hiring manager. Examples of strong follow-up thank you notes will be provided.

  SILVER:  60min Coaching Session + Resume Advice.  Price is $150 per 60min. This will include all the above, in addition to:

  • Advice on how to structure the perfect resume (size, format etc..)
  • Advice on what type of content to include and not include.
  • Resume templates provided to give you a good example of what a winning resume looks like & how to stand out & get the company’s attention.
  • How to make your profile visible on LinkedIn & stand out so that you are showcasing your skills to the very best of your ability, in order to get the attention from companies Talent Acquisition & HR teams. Strategies on how to build your LinkedIn network & advice on profile picture.

   

   

  GOLD:  The complete Interview Journey!  Price is $1,995. This package is tailored to significantly improve your chances of acquiring your dream job!

  This will include all the above, in addition to:

  • Communication & guidance throughout your entire interview process journey, from the very start to finish.  Tips on how to reduce nerves, increase confidence and present a polished, professional and articulate best version of yourself during each interview step.
  • The opportunity to not only prepare for each stage of the interview process, but also schedule follow-up debrief calls, to help evaluate the pros and cons & determine level of interest.
  • Discuss strategies on how to improve & overcome any concerns that the hiring manager/HR/TA have raised throughout your interview journey, so that as a team, we can discuss some creative ways of how best to overcome & be selected for the next round.
  • Share with you negotiation tactics that have helped us take thousands of job offers over the finish line over the last 2.5 decades.  We can’t promise you that you will receive your dream job offer, but what we can promise is that once you reach the offer stage, that we will give you guidance on what type of questions to ask, so that you can attempt to pull every possible lever & help leverage the best possible offer that is available to you.  We will also share with you some topics to stay away from during the offer negotiation process, that may offend your potential new employer & make them move in a different direction.
  • Resignation Letter Template & Advice.  We will prepare you with your resignation once an offer has been received and accepted. We will send you a resignation letter template that you can use to help write your resignation letter.  We will schedule a prep session prior to you resigning, to make sure that you are resigning the “right way” & putting your best foot forward. Making sure that you are leaving with relationships still intact & with your head held high. No bridges burnt.

   

  This is our most premium & popular package on offer, where we guide you from start to finish.  Some people are in need of a more sophisticated package & require a true partner to be there by their side throughout their entire interview journey. We are there for you from the very start to help structure the perfect resume, help you articulate the best version of you, giving you the opportunity to come out of the blocks as quickly as possible.  Then once the journey starts, we are there by your side to help support you through every interview stage, this includes a prep prior to every interview to make sure you are game ready, a debrief after each interview to evaluate the pros and cons to help determine if this is a job that you really want to go for.  Then, finally, we are there to help you land the best possible offer available by sharing with you some of the negotiation tactics that we have used over the last 30 years to help individuals land their dream job & compensation requirements.  Every company will have aspects of your offer that they can be flexible on, we can share with you some of the aspects of an offer that can typically be leveraged & also some areas that can’t, that you need to stay away from, which may cause offence if asked.  As a final value-added service with this package, we can also help you resign by providing a copy of a resignation letter template that you can use to resign & also prepare you for the big meeting, giving you expert advice on how best to resign so that you are not burning a bridge & leaving with your head held high.

  “Graduate Guidance” Coaching Session:  $100 for 45min.

  • This package is specifically tailored for new grads who are looking for some creative ways in how to get on companies radar & present the best version of themselves.
  • Advice will be given on how to stand out more on platforms like LinkedIn and what types of people to target when applying for a job directly, so that your chances of being seen improve dramatically.
  • Tips on how to build confidence & become the best version of themselves in an interview setting.
  • First round interview advice will be given, to make sure that you are putting your best foot forward & going into the interview as prepared as possible. Advice will be given on how to close in an interview setting & types of questions to ask to allow your candidacy to stand out from the crowd.
  • For graduates that are further along in their interview process journey, advice will be given on how to close to land your dream job, along with negotiation tactics to make sure that you receive your preferred offer & that all compensation boundaries have been tested.
